24-25 School Year Tuition & Enrollment Fees

Your tuition payments hold your child’s enrollment spot, allows us to hire enrichment teachers, provides a spacious and lovely classroom, and allows us to run a full academic and movement curriculum, provide arts and craft supplies, a movement studio, playground, and access to the bay.

Tuition is due by the first of every month, and late after the 5th.

• We accept and prefer cash.

• If you pay using checks, we require ten postdated checks to be submitted prior to the first day of school. Please make it out to Kauai Creative Academy.

• ACH autopay is also accepted and this service needs to be coordinated with Miss Ilima. 

 

A $200 tuition deposit is required and due with the initial Enrollment Contract by July 15th (or on a rolling basis, if your application is accepted). Your child's space in class will then be confirmed. The tuition deposit is applied to the first month of tuition. 

• A $250 curriculum and material fee is due at the beginning of each semester and submitted with the yearly enrollment contract. These fees are non-refundable.

• A yearly $100 field trip fee is due with the enrollment contract.

 

Tuition may be pre-paid in cash. If paying in cash you will receive a discount. Annual payments receive a $100/year discount.  We offer partial barter and trade for goods and services to reduce your tuition. Please inquire in regards to this program by emailing kauaicreativeacademy@yahoo.com.

 

Rates are based on enrollment for the entire school year. Mid-year enrollment will have tuition rates that reflect a pro-rated fee for the days remaining in the school year.
