Your Tuition Supports a Thriving Learning Environment!
Tuition payments not only secure your child’s place at Kauai Creative Academy, they directly support the quality of our entire program. Your contributions allow us to hire dedicated enrichment teachers, maintain beautiful and spacious classroom environments, and offer a full, integrated academic and movement curriculum. They also provide access to a movement studio, a creative playground, high-quality arts and crafts supplies, and a variety of engaging, professional-led enrichment classes. We offer our full learning program for Pre-K to three days per week learning expansion from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursdays.

Pre-K- to 2nd Grade Tuition (2026-2027) $8,000 If paid monthly $800.00

After-School Movement Class (one class) $1,250 if paid monthly $125.00

After-School Movement Class (two classes) $2,000 if paid monthly $200.00

Tuition is due by the first of every month, and late after the 5th.

We accept and prefer cash.

If you pay using checks, we require ten postdated checks to be submitted prior to the first day of school. Please make it out to Kauai Creative Academy.

ACH autopay is also accepted and this service needs to be coordinated with Miss Ilima.
A full tuition deposit is required and due with the initial Enrollment Contract (if your application is accepted). Your child's space in class will then be confirmed. The tuition deposit is applied to the first month of tuition.

A $250 curriculum and material fee is due at the beginning of each semester and submitted with the yearly enrollment contract. These fees are non-refundable.

A yearly $100 recital fee is due with the enrollment contract.
Tuition may be pre-paid in cash. If paying in cash you will receive a 5% discount. Annual payments receive a $100/year discount. We offer partial barter, trade for goods, or trade for services to reduce your tuition. This is a cap for this of no more than 30% of tuition. Rates are based on enrollment for the entire school year. Mid-year enrollment will have tuition rates that reflect a pro-rated fee for the days remaining in the school year.
